This took entirely too long to get set up
- Yes/No activities for days (journal, meditate, stretch, exercise, walk, shower, chore)
- Thought paths - things I've read/listened to and spent some time thinking about
- Meals - details about diet
- Sleep - recovery scores, raw sleep times, consistent wake/sleep times
- Entertainment - games, movies, edutainment falls into this as well
- Calendar. Doing this for a single day is one thing but need to determine a way to systemetize adding new days
